Very Rare Genuine 2016 Trial £1 Royal mint 1Pound NOT A FILLER COIN

Rumour has it that there were only approximately 1000 of these unique trial coins in existence. Fascinatingly, out of that number, it is believed that 800 were sent back to the Mint to be destroyed.

These calculations, if accurate, makes this particular coin one of only 200 in existence! While there may be numerous 2015 coins out there, the genuine 2016 Trial Coins are a rare find indeed.
