Misaligned / Mis-struck / Defective 2018 one pound £1 coin. Royal Mint Verified

Extremely Rare with this date. There were quite a few minting errors with the first batches of the new pound coin but they have become rare due to the excellent R. As can be seen from the photo's there is a gap on one side and the centre has been splayed out onto the other side.
