Extremely Rare UPSIDE DOWN 1983 £1 coin, Tetley Tea Promotion never used

Coin in brand new condition, never held outside of promotional coin holder. Coin has upside down writing on edge, making it very rare.

Was discovered as part of my grandfathers coin collection.
