1999 Error Pair of £1 Scottish Lion NGC PF69 Strike Thru Obverse & Reverse

This is a very rare find. Both PF69 Ultra Cameo's. The only Struck thru errors known. A struck thru error happens when something gets in between the die and a planchet. When struck, the object gets pressed into the planchet leaving an impression and the pattern of that object on the struck coin.
